Power back on here in Westchester yesterday. Internet now up today. Almost a whole week without power was a big set back. Trees were down everywhere, damage looked worse than hurricane Irene. The rain catchement system did work because of the melting snow, but in a deep freeze we have to create different system.

Huge snow storm headed this way. Looks like the New York Metro area is going to get measurable snow before Halloween for the first time in many years. We have designed a rain catchment system to help stockpile water in the event of a drought or power outage, but we will see if it helps in a snow storm!

Stair design at the next level. The next generation of contemporary stairs is at Acadia Stairs. They have designed a unique stair called the Tri-Frame Stair that has an extremely open look. It is an open riser staircase with a single stringer created out of 3 tubes configured in a triangle. This stair is the perfect architectural element to work with our railing designs.

Acadia Stairs in Fishkill, New York will be the official manufacture of our stair designs. They will be making our contemporary Double Stringer, Mono Stringer stairs (also called Single Stringer staircases) and the whole range of spiral stairs. Acadia Stairs will also be fabricating the ship ladder designs that we created. They can precisely make any stair we have designed.
